Sunday morning services are currently a mixture of fellowship with the focus on PRAYER and enjoying a cup of tea or coffee whilst seated. We are really looking forward to once again meeting more fully (to include families with young children) back in our Beacon Church Building in Priory Lane (DT6 3RW), planned for after the school holidays in September 2021. If you stand where Gundry Road intersects Priory Lane, you’ll see the hall, just beyond “Rockburn” – parking is available in the nearby Waitrose Car Park.
The Community Soup Kitchen, for those who find themselves homeless or struggling financially and needing a hot meal, is open every Wed & Fri from 12 noon till 2pm. We have continued to operate all throughout the various lockdowns, albeit as a take-away service when necessary. We have strict hygiene measures in place and follow distancing rules implicitly to minimise risks. We offer a variety of FREE homemade soup and/or meals, tea, coffee and cake.
Polite reminder: don’t attend if you have any COVID symptoms.
